Coaches should dress appropriately and be prepared to participate
Plan your training session ahead of time. The club will recommend training sessions for your use throughout the season.
Try to be brief, clear, and concise when giving instructions
Keep the kids active, avoid having players standing around waiting for their turn
Expect your players to work hard and try their best, and align your expectations with your players’ individual abilities
Recognize mistakes as learning opportunities, and provide feedback in a calm and encouraging manner to both individuals and the team as a whole

5U-6U - One 30 minute training session per week. These will be held on Saturday mornings prior to games under guidance of professional coaches.
7U-8U - One 45 minute training session per week
9U-10U - One to two 75 min training sessions per week
11U-19U - One to two 90 min training sessions per week
